Crush paper is the ecological paper obtained from the upcycling of a grape processing by-product, the pomace. In a full respect of the environment, the grape’s skin, after the pressing of the grapes, enjoys a creative reuse: once dried and micronized, the peel constitutes the raw material for the production of a unique ecological paper which allows to save 15 % of virgin fibers.
